With the Maxi wheelchair garage, you create a safe and dry parking space right in front of your door. The wheelchair is always readily accessible without the hassle of carrying it inside. This prevents scratches and wear and tear in the stairwell or hallway and significantly improves everyday comfort.
The garage is fully enclosed and offers reliable splash protection. Ventilation openings at the top and bottom of the door ensure good air circulation, and additional drainage holes are integrated into the floor. The door is easily operated via a triangular opening and can be hinged on the left or right, depending on the installation.
Dimensions of the Maxi wheelchair garage

- Height at front: 109 cm
- Height at the back: 98 cm
The door frame is slightly narrower than the outer dimensions. Therefore, your wheelchair should have maximum dimensions of:
- Width: 90 cm
- Height: 99 cm
Weight of the garage: approx. 40 kg
Stable stand and comfortable alignment
Inside, M8 leveling screws allow you to quickly and precisely align the Maxi wheelchair garage. Height adjustment of up to 5 cm is possible. For extra stability, we recommend additional anchoring with two dowels in the ground. The garage has an integrated base plate, ensuring a stable and clean stand on any suitable surface.
Material and color selection
The wheelchair garage is made of hot-dip galvanized metal with a high-quality paint finish. The interior surfaces are painted light gray, and the exterior surfaces are additionally protected with a protective film. The following three standard colors are available:
- RAL 9007: dark grey metallic
- RAL 9006: light grey metallic
- RAL 7016: anthracite
We offer four additional colors for an extra charge. If you would like a custom color combination, such as a vibrant light green, please contact us via the contact form or by email. Almost any desired color is possible.
Scope of delivery and assembly
The Maxi wheelchair garage is delivered as a self-assembly kit and includes:
- base plate
- Roof
- back panel
- Door with hinges and locking mechanism
- two side walls
- Mounting hardware and screws
The assembly process is clearly laid out and can be completed quickly, even if you have little DIY experience. If you prefer to have the garage delivered fully assembled, you can select this option in the configurator.
Lock and security
The Maxi wheelchair garage is supplied without a lock as standard. A sturdy bracket for your own padlock is already integrated. If desired, you can select a suitable lock directly in the configurator. In addition to a simple padlock, a particularly secure bar lock is available, in which metal bars move up and down to firmly lock the door.
